The Pavilion The Retreat must be rented to have use of The Pavilion. The guests that are registered at The Retreat may use The Pavilion at no extra charge. For a nominal charge, we will be happy to work with your florists, caterers, party supply rental companies, etc. Just let us know what you need and we will be glad to give you a quote. OPTION #1 If the registered guests at The Retreat would like to invite a few people over for the day, a charge of $5.00 per person will be charged up to a maximum of 8 extra guests. For Parties or Receptions OPTION #2 For the price of$150.00 you will have the use of The Retreat and The Pavilion for a time period of 4 hours. The place must be vacated no later than 3:00 pm and all trash must be picked up. This price is good for a total of20 guests plus a charge of $5.00 per extra guest. A $40.00 cleaning deposit will be refunded if the area is left how you found it. Your credit card will be charged for anything broken or missing.
OPTION #3 For the price of $350.00 you will have the use of The Retreat and The Pavilion for an overnight stay. You may take possession at 3:00 pm and use the facilities until 1:00 pm the following day. The Retreat will sleep 8 (2 queen size beds and 2 sleeper sofas). This price is good for a total of 20 party guests (no more than 8 can spend the night) plus $5.00 per extra guest. All trash must be picked up before leaving. No breakfast will be served. If you want to stay extra nights at The Retreat you will pay the regular rate, depending on how many people (up to 8) are staying. A $40.00 cleaning deposit will be refunded if the area is left how you found it. Your credit card will be charged for anything broken or missing. All rates are subject to change.
